First of all, we understand your confusion.
The USA, Canada, Belgium and Czech have restrictions regarding the outgoing phone number. Because of this, your SMS messages may be sent from a virtual number. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this.
How do people know it's me when I use SMS?
You can add a signature (go to "Settings", then click on My signature) to make sure your contacts know who sent the message. However, users who purchase the Scheduled for Business plan get a virtual, fixed phone number with Auto Send. All your messages will then be sent from this number, always.
The recipient will reply to this virtual number. These replies show up in your app when you click on Received.
Isn't there a way around this?
Yes, for Scheduled Premium users we have a feature that allows you write and schedule messages that get sent automatically through iMessage, WhatsApp, Telgram and Email and through your own number. Please read more about this feature here.
