First of all, we understand your confusion.

The USA, Canada, Belgium and Czech have restrictions regarding the outgoing phone number. Because of this, your Auto Send messages may be sent from a virtual number. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this.

How do people know it's me when I use Auto Send?
You can add a signature (go to "Settings", then click on My signature) to make sure your contacts know who sent the message. However, users who purchase the Scheduled for Business plan get a virtual, fixed phone number with Auto Send. All your messages will then be sent from this number, always.
The recipient will reply to this virtual number. These replies show up in your app when you click on Received.

Isn't there a way around this?
You cán however schedule a message and send it via your own number. But you’ll have to go about it the traditional way; schedule a message so you’ll get reminded. Tap the notification to send the message, and choose ‘Send via iMessage’. It will send the message from your own number.
